X-mas eve in LA

Made it to LA!

and almost as amazing is that our bags are here! Noah is tired, but
we're here safe and sound. We even have hotel reservations, so now for
some well deserved rest.

Back at the airport

We've got tickets to LA for tonight, so as long as the plane takes off
we're in good shape.

Noah is excited to see some many buses again, and is rapturously
yelling bus at all the planes.

The plan is still to arrive in La Paz on thursday, but if we're very
lucky we'll get there a day early.

Back in Seattle

So after 16 hours at the airport we headed back home, one if the more
scary drives I've done at 30 miles an hour.

This is a photo of us heading out to friends house for the first night
of Chanukah. We have snowshoes in the car, just in case.

Right now Noah's two favourite things are planes and buses. We're
stuck at the airport and Noah is pointing at all the planes and saying
"bus!". I think this means that if it's in the air it's a plane, if
it's on the ground then it's a bus.

Seattle has had 20 cm of snow, so we're staying at a motel right next
to the airport so we can make our 7:15 flight tomorrow morning.

We ate at a local diner and Noah was deftly using his fork to hit the
package of butter.
