Noah read Jacob a few Star Wars books, and both boys were very happy :)

I was combing through some pictures and found some very nice ones of Liz.

Kisses for Lila

I was stepping downstairs to work out and Lila ran up to me saying, "I want a hug!"

So I gave her a big hug. Then I asked her for a hug, so she gave me a big hug.

Then she said "I want a kiss!"

So I gave her a kiss on her cheek, and asked her for a kiss.

She put her mouth on my cheek, spent a moment there, and then withdrew. saying "I don't know how!"

So I showed her how.

Tacoma

Karen and I were able to get away for a night away to Tacoma, a small city 40 minutes south. We had a wonderful time :)

First camping trip!

Karen, Noah, Lila and I went camping with some good friends. It was a fun trip, we even managed to get a small amount of sleep!

Karen, Noah, Lila and I spent a month last summer with Ivan, Liz & Naomi.

We spent a beautiful day at a nature preserve called the Wye Marsh.

Lila took herself to the potty!!

Lila graduated to pull-up diapers today!

She self-identified as needing to go potty, pulled down her diaper, and sat down on the potty. Nothing came out, so she tried again, and she peed in the potty, so now she's wearing pull-ups.
