Saying goodbye to camp Kesher

Noah & Noa

Noah made a new friend named Noa. They were an amazing sandcastle building team!

Last night at Kesher

Wishing well

Photobomb!

Photobombing is when someone jumps into a scene that's about to be photographed. Our friend Julia saw her opportunity, and took it. She timed it perfectly!

Talent night at camp Kesher

Lila and her friend Shira sang "Let it Go". They were great! Noah read a poem he wrote. I'll include the text in a later post.

Lila and Shira were nervous at first.

But they really got into it!

Breakfast at camp Kesher

We spent a lovely labor-day long weekend at camp Kesher, a family camp for Jewish families.

Lila really enjoyed her hot chocolate.

Karen is very patient

I've been taking a few more photos that aren't just the family, and Karen patiently lets me tote my camera along on dates etc...

Noah enjoying yogurt

Tending her dirt pie

We all went to the pioneer village in Toronto. Noah enjoyed learning about the settler's lives. Lila enjoyed making a very nice mud pie. She asked for a bottle of water. I assumed it was to add water to the dirt to make more mud. She patiently explained that she actually wanted to take her mud puddle home with her in the bottle, once she emptied it out.

Carousel

Noah's always liked carousels.

Learning about Arizona's geography

Ivan kept his cool, Noah and Lila were amazed :)

Top of the statue of liberty

Richard arranged for Julio, Justice, Juniper, Karen, Noah and myself to get tickets to the top of the Statue of Liberty (Lila was too young, so Doris stayed down with her, and Jennifer was being an awesome big sister, taking care of her little sister)
