College plans

Noah and Lila and I were talking last night and Noah asked, 

"Dad, which university has chemistry and robots? That's what I want to study"

I thought for a moment and said, "well lots do, I think UC Berkely might be good for that."

He said, "No, I want to go to school in Canada."

So I said, "my university had a good engineering and sciences program. I went to university of Toronto"

He said "good, I'll live in Toronto and go to school there."

Lila then said" I want to live in Toronto too, and learn to do art." So I told her that she could study at OCAD. 

They were both very content with their plans for the future.

Bedtime musings

Lila and I were doing her bedtime ritual. She stopped and asked me, "Daddy, what does god look like in your mind?"

I told her "I'm not sure"

She responded "I know what god looks like in my mind, but it's too complicated to explain."

Yoga pose

Lila has invented a new yoga pose. She calls it popsicle pose!

She assured me that this specific popsicle pose is strawberry lemonade grape flavoured.

Lila had a very fussy day, but said some funny things. 

After throwing her new metal heart pendant at Karen for the second time she was told she could have it back in two minutes. She shrieked "but two minutes takes half an hour!"

Then when she was choosing her outfit for tomorrow she decided on a sundress but was insisting on wearing shorts as well. I told her that on a 92 degree day she probably wouldn't need shorts. She objected saying "but everyone will see my underwear when I do backflips".
